Yogurt in place of milk allowance?

Just seen somebody on the facebook group saying you can substitute a low cal (under 100) fat free yogurt in place of your milk allowance?
Anybody know if this is true? Any affect on losses? I struggle to use my daily allowance as I don't drink much tea & like my coffee black.. worried about my lack of calcium so any help would be great!

With yogurts you have to be careful on carbohydrate contents :) Some of the low fat yogurts actually contain a lot of sugar. So keep an eye on the carbs per 100g. No to fruit ones by the way!

Personally don't see a problem so long as it's not a fruit based one...

If it was me, I'd stick to a Total 0% - it has low calories per pot (just below 100), high protein and very low carb content (lowest I've seen!).

Though - do ask on the SnS forums, they should be able to help you!

Ahh brilliant.. Apparently it's ok as long as its below 50cals. Gonna check that Total 0%, always loved that stuff! X
