hey there can anyone let me know what yogurts i can have for free or hex thanks. i think i heard somewhere mullerlights, but which flavours?

All mullerlights are free, except the layered ones.

I have the shape 'fuller for longer' ones because they are free and thick and fruity

how do you know theyre free? is there a book i need to buy or something because my week 1 book doesnt have it listed

Either look them up online on the SW website (with the password you got from class) or buy the Food directory - that has nearly everything listed in it.
