    Got some of these from Tesco yesterday, look like mullers but not had time to check out the syn value yet, and now I'm at work. Anyone know the value yet?

    Thanks for that. We had a new consultant tonight at class as ours is off on her hols, and she brought these in with her. She had rang up to get syns on them, and said 2 1/2 per pot. Luckily I only had 1!

    Do the Fat Free ones have syns as well then or is it just the non fat free?!

    the fat free ones are 2 syns lots of sugar in

    Sometimes the label will say fat-free, and that's fine as far as it goes. But you need to check for sugar as well. Fat-free doesn't necessarily mean low-calorie or low-syn.
