You know what I find weird on LL?

My weight doesn't fluctuate like it used to. Before, my weight could go up and down all day, every day. I weigh myself a lot and since starting LL, it doesn't vary an ounce on the scales at different times of the day. It'll STS (exactly) for a day or two and then drop some pounds at a random point, STS for a day or so, repeat. Very strange. I have digital scales and can't imagine they suddenly got less accurate the day I started.

Is it just me?

Yes.

/well, it's not me!! mine are up and down 2 or 3lbs during the day... Don't bother generally weighing myself other than first thing in the morning but when I do, my scales can vary enormously...

Normal food weighs different amounts which would account for some of your previously experienced fluctuations... But of course, 1ltr of water weighs 2lbs... Which I know accounts for my current daily fluctuations...
