So after my pizza eating competition on Saturday night :eek: I am going back into ketosis hopefully as we speak.

I was dying to have a CD bar for tea, but was thinking, hmm, I am guessing you need to actually be in ketosis to eat one or it could delay going into ketosis.

Is this right?

I had a shake, just in case.

Affects everyone differently. The advice is to wait 2 weeks for bars.

Is that not to do with chewing though so they get you to wait 2 weeks so you don't cave in cause you've chewed?

I've always had them from day 1 and usually in K by end of day two.
