Not evil at all
Hi guys
I am curious to know about your exercising! Do you go to a gym or work out at home? Or do you do things like take the stairs instead of lifts, do housework or gardening, or go to a dance class? And if you do exercise how long for?
I go the gym 1 - 2 times a week and I've started doing 10 mins on the treadmill, 5 mins on the rowing machine and I'm working up to do 10 mins on the cross trainer. I was surprised at how easy the cross trainer is after you get used to exercising, the first time I went I hated the cross trainer - it made everything hurt, but now after a few months of being a gym member I can do a few minutes on it without dying then have a wee break and do another couple of minutes.. and it's quite a fun work out
Anyway the reason I'm asking is I am a nosey so and so! And I would like to compare routines and maybe pick up new exercise ideas!
