So I begun this journey on Wednesday so today is Day #4 n for the past 2 hours or so the area between my eyes n forehead is really sore, is it co incidence or linked? I have had 2 shakes thus far today and about 1.5l of water aside from that .... I can't take paracetamol as alergic to it, and a solo parent so can't go for a nap
