    Crushed ice (about 12 cubes), choc flavoured shake and about 50-100mls of ice cold peppermint tea :D

    Peppermint tea got me through lipotrim hun, its great.

    chocolate shake 3 x day with hot peppermint tea is all i have had for 13 weeks....sounds insane eh lol

    I had the chicken soup yesterday for the first time; it was .. how does LT describe it???... palatable ... lol ... seriously though; it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be ..better than a cup-a-soup and quite filling. I must admit i'm a choc shake girl too.

    Has any one tried iced cold peppermint tea? As a long drink / alternative to water?

    Yes, I used to make up about 4-6 pints of peppermint tea and bottle it and place it in the fridge, I love it.

    I'm lining up the bottles right now kered :) You look fantastic by the way. Your loss is similar to my target; are my eyes deceiving myself or did you do it over 10-11 weeks? That's great!

    Yeah, I lost 2st 11lb from the beginning of Jan until the end of March on lipotrim, its definitely the best diet I have ever done. This is the hard part now, keeping it off......lol.
