Yummy Curry Recipe :D

I know everyone out there probably knows the normal free curry recipe but in case anyone didn't I wanted to say I made the most delicious curry on tuesday that i've had it every night since haha

Cubed beef
Basmati rice
Mild Curry powder
Lazy garlic
Dried herbs
Mushrooms
Onions
Worchester Sauce
Pepper/Salt
Chilli flakes
Fry light
Tinned chopped tomatoes

Spray with fry light Fry off the beef in a wok, or saucepan whatever you want. Once cooked add the mushrooms for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove everything from wok onto a plate to soak up any access oil!

Put tomatoes into wok, add 2 spoonfuls of lazy garlic, a few pinches of dried herbs stir, add chopped onions into the ingredients and leave for about 2 minutes, add a few drops of worchester sauce, 3 tablespoons of curry powder stir....
Add the beef and mushrooms back into the wok.

At this point you should begin cooking your rice! Leave both to cook for around 10-15 minutes to soak up all the flavours

Once cooked, serve and add chilli flakes on top, you can add this into the wok if you dont want such a strong chilli taste....I only do it cos it speeds up your metabolism!!

Beautiful curry and for a few syns treat yourself to a poppadom - YUM!!!
