Yummy dinner!

I am still trying to cut back on the carbs and have been doing the original plan but today I am EE as I want to have my steak and eat it! Instead of the pile of SW chips I would normally have, I am having roasted sweet potato and butternut squash. They come chopped in bags from tesco and although the sweet potatoes are carbs they are mixed with a superfree food and once I have added my homemade coleslaw I will have a generous helping of that all important veg.
I had the same concoction with salmon the other night and it was delicious. There IS life without potatoes................almost x
