Red Days Yummy turkey bacon

Hi

Just wanted to say - am on day 2 and yesterday was just a yummy green day with SW sauteed potatoes and mushroom omlette and this morning was bacon sandwiches with turkey bacon and nimble bread - can't believe this is a diet and am a little fearful that I won't lose weight

Hi hunni, welcome to Slimming World.
Don't worry, I think each and every one of us has questioned how we could ever loose weight eating so much food on a "diet", but the truth is SW isn't a diet, it's a healthy eating plan, a new healthier lifestyle and as long as you stick to the plan, trust me you'll soon start seeing results! :) I was very sceptical of SW at first, my mum joined before me and I watched her eat meals like steak, chips and peppercorn sauce, spaghetti Bolognese and big roast dinners... yet the pounds were flying off! You have nothing to worry about, just remember to fill up on your speed/freefoods and make sure your drinking lot's of fluids. :) xxx
 
Haha... You will :) just trust it, it works :)
 
Thanks - I am determined to stick to it and to use my syns when I feel I need to rather than deprive myself
 
Hi all
I am on day 2 and just had some rashers of turkey bacon with poached eggs for breakfast.....Just wondering how much turkey bacon we are allowed? I cannot attend classes so am grateful for this board.
Yesterday I did a green day and had some wonderful dal and stuffed peppers, and still had syns left for a late night Kit Kat.......

Will I lose weight on this? Hard to believe.....let's get to my next weigh in day!
