Hi, was wondering if anyone could tell what, apart from boiled rice, has the lowest syn value from a chinese takeaway, thanks all

I think beef in black bean is one of the lowest at 5 syns for the average takeaway portion. If you fancy something a bit more filling then chicken chow mein is good for only 7 syns
