YumyMumys quest to be a yummy mummy again ;0)

I think I've finally cracked it!!! Today I've had 2 shakes and Dunkers (120cals) chicken and boiled potatoes 450 cals got dinner, and just deciding on my last snack!!

I know I will make it to tomorrow, as I've drank lots if water today, went back to the gym and gave up salt!! I'm weighing in Saturday still so hopefully will see some sort of loss!!

I'm just about to put on my ministry of sound DVD! Biggest loser USA has inspired me once again to turn to exercise xx
