Zayna's Tuesday Self Weigh-In..

#1
Well hello... hope nobody minds, but this is my new regime since I hit what I consider to be my 'goal' weight. At the pharmacy, I used to get weighed fully clothed at 5.30pm, so was always a good few pounds heavier than on my scales at home, first thing in the morning, with no clothes on.

Since 'finishing' the TFR diet, I'm using up my LT during the day and eating sensibly in the evenings and at weekend. If I manage to lose another couple of pounds over the next few weeks, fine, if not, I'm not bothered.

So I'm altering my figures at the bottom of the page and I want to pop in weekly to record my maintenance. There is no way I'm EVER going back, I'm 10stone on my scales this morning and if I start heading towards 10st 7lb I'll seriously reel myself in. Never ever EVER will I cross the line, let alone get to bloody 13 stone again.

Anyway, for anyone struggling with LT or having to start again, get on with it and get back into your jeans and stop moaning. Yes it's hard for a few weeks, but carrying excess fat around for years is harder, trust me.

:D brilliant! I'm on week 3 of LT after losing 2 stone last year then a 10 1/2lb baby and gaining 5 stone
Spent Sunday afternoon trying my old pre baby post LT clothes on, a few fit me so I'm well on my way! Woop Woop!

Good for you! There can be NOTHING harder than giving birth, LT should be a walk in the park! Keep going, the weeks will fly by and the pounds will fly off!

It does. I feel brilliant. I don't think the ticker is quite accurate, I think I've lost about 34 -35 pounds, I've confused it by changing scales...

It's also a comfort to know that I can eat real food and not immediately pile all the weight I've lost back on. I must not get complacent though, which is what I usually do. That's why I'm coming in here, for the discipline! :D

Thanks for all your good wishes guys. I actually feel a bit lame because I haven't lost as much as some people have. I could also lose a bit more if I put my mind to it. I really don't want to though, I'm 47 and don't want to look bony and saggy, I feel right at 10st, maybe after Christmas I might go for the 9st 7lb, but for now I'm enjoying where I'm at.

Well done Zayna, what a great achievement and well done for maintaining. I think I will be doing the same once I hit target and this place is the best for keeping motivated and determined not to put any back on.

Well it's Tuesday and I'm 2lb heavier than last Tuesday. It's got to go. Can I have some motivation please? I am due TOTM at the end of the week so I'm a bit bloated but I know I've been a greedy cow this week, I actually feel much fatter than the 2lb that is showing on the scales.

:(

I need a quick fix. This 2lb is on my belly, I can tell...:(:(:(:(:(:(
