Well hello... hope nobody minds, but this is my new regime since I hit what I consider to be my 'goal' weight. At the pharmacy, I used to get weighed fully clothed at 5.30pm, so was always a good few pounds heavier than on my scales at home, first thing in the morning, with no clothes on.
Since 'finishing' the TFR diet, I'm using up my LT during the day and eating sensibly in the evenings and at weekend. If I manage to lose another couple of pounds over the next few weeks, fine, if not, I'm not bothered.
So I'm altering my figures at the bottom of the page and I want to pop in weekly to record my maintenance. There is no way I'm EVER going back, I'm 10stone on my scales this morning and if I start heading towards 10st 7lb I'll seriously reel myself in. Never ever EVER will I cross the line, let alone get to bloody 13 stone again.
Anyway, for anyone struggling with LT or having to start again, get on with it and get back into your jeans and stop moaning. Yes it's hard for a few weeks, but carrying excess fat around for years is harder, trust me.
