Zero Noodles anyone?

Just ordered some of these crazy noodles (the 'zero noodles') from Holland & Barrett - £1.99 with free delivery I thought they were worth a try. They have a few calories I think but not many, here's hoping they'll go down well on a DD!

I tried these and they are ok - need to rinse them well - but I normally use zoodles - ribbons of courgette in place of noodles with a bit of lean minced beef, passata, garlic and mushrooms. Low cal , non processed and tasty.

My husband had gastric bypass so cannot eat anything with flour in it. Therefore, spaghetti noodles are a no go. We have bought Miracle Noodles. We just warmed them up after rinsing throughly and then let them rinse in a broth. Ive since begun to cook them as I would noodles and they are pretty good. Not exactly like noodles, but if cooked, they are pretty good. It took me a few times to get past the texture, but they are 0 calories!!!

They have about 8 kcals in them.

I love these noodles - I often have them on their own with a bit of salt and pepper on.

mmmmmmmmmmmm.
