Zero points chilli?

    hi ppl :D
    can some one plz tell me how to make zero points chilli, iv searched thru mt book all day and cant find it in it!:mad:

    3 red or yellow peppers, sliced
    1 chilli - de-seeded and diced
    1 onion diced
    1 vegetable stock cube
    1 tin chopped tomatoes
    1garlic clove crushed
    1 tsp dried basil
    3/4 pint water
    spray oil

    spray saucepan and gently fry onion. add chopped peppers, chilli and garlic, cook for 5 mins approx. then add tinned chopped tomatoes, basil, water and stock cube. cook until peppers are soft. remove a tablespoon of ingredients from the pan, then blitz the rest. return the rest to the pan and mix

    serves 4 people and has 0 points

    No idea, I hate chilli :giggle: But I remembered seeing the recipe posted somewhere else lol

    lol ok! im tryin to try new things so i dont get bored, usually i do really well for a few wks then i fall off the auld waggon :sigh:
    not happening this time tho :D

    wats that mean?
