zero points

hi guys, im looking for a list of the foods that are free, zero points, i kno its a big list but hoping someone can let me know some if not all of them.

As you suspect, there's so many that it would really be better for you to just do a search for the ones that you're interested in. . There are 'naked' foods such as fruit & veg but there's also some prepared foods such as ready meals/tins/packets etc, so there's far, far too many for any of us to simply list.
