Hey all :)

After losing a stone on SW i just couldn't stick at it because i miss bread and nice food far too much. I'm more than happy to eat far less of them, so long as i can have them! So moved onto calorie counting and i'm enjoying it. :coffee:

However i do miss keeping my SW diary and i noticed a few ppl have a CC one, so i thought i'd start one :) :painting:

Thank you! I'm definitely enjoying it so far :D Plus crumptets at 95 calories! I know what i'm having for lunch tomorrow! No more crappy handful of boring cereal :D

Hey :)

Well i've been without scales for over a week as they had gone bust! However i hadn't weighed myself since 17th August as i had been a bit off track due to packing and moving flats and i knew the damage was about 1.5 lbs last week, mainly due to totm. I'd not been terrible, just not perfect and a lot of not being able to eat well due to things being in boxes. Been "back on track" properly since Wednesday

But stood on new scales (same make) and am less than i weighed on 17th Aug (and i've drank and eaten before the weigh today). So very pleased

It's good to know i can sts without being careful, and not feeling the urge to "binge" because i'm not on a diet

I keep forgetting to update my diary of food in here as i keep track on Food Focus. So i think i'll keep this as a diary opposed to a record of my food :)

Started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred this evening..... oh my god! It's serious hard work. Aching like there's no tomorrow!
