Zumba Class in Leeds

Hi

I joined SW last week after putting on LOADS of weight after my baby. I am at my heaviest without being pregnant. I want to do a Zumba class with some friends to compliment SW. Does anyone know of any in Leeds?? I would like to sweat sweat sweat the pounds off! :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:

Jo Parry is an international fitness presenter teaches in Leeds - think it's Milford something ? She's amazing look her up on FB for details or post here if u not on there

If you do a search on the Zumba website then it comes up with loads of classes!!

There's one just near me which I'm going to try out, at Pudsey Civic Hall on Tuesdays!
