I am thinking of taking up Zumba to increase my exercise but I'd be going on my own and I don't know anyone who's done it before. Although I am really still quite big, I am relatively active. I walk the dog most days and can do 5km without too much trouble. I am on my feet quite a bit doing things and last year I climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge so I'm not that unfit. But would it be suitable for someone of my size? Perhaps someone who currently does Zumba or who knows someone who does it could help? Thanks!
