Will this work????

Firstly I'm not 100% how alli I works I believe it's half the strength of xenical that I take which doesn't claim to get rid of half the weight I lose again but it does stop my body absorbing 1/3 of the fat eaten. There are a few members of the xenical forum who follow slimming world it's seen to be a good combination. I will say though there are rules to xen, food has to have less than 5g fat per 100g or it could have side effects which we commonly refer to as tango (get the picture???). The best thing I can suggest is give it a try & see how you get on. Good Luck x

I think it's half strength of prescribed orlistat. It might block some fat absorbtion if you stick to the rules on the pack. In then end, it's you that do the work in terms of choosing what you eat and how much exercise you do. For me xenical side effects help reinforce making better food decisions. Alli would probably do the same. I wouldn't worry so much about what other people say so much as what works for you. If you think it will help, good luck. Either way, good luck with your journey.
