Restarting Dukan (After vomiting bug!)

I plan on restarting Dukan tomorrow morning, however I've had a 24 hour vomiting bug so basically haven't eaten in 2 days- as a result I've lost 2.5 lbs (I know this is probably water weight), just wondering will this effect my loss when I start Attack d'ye think?

Ohh sorry to hear you weren't well but I'd agree with scooter, I don't think I could stomach Dukan after a vomiting bug, take care of yourself first!! Maybe give it another day, if you do gain the 2lbs back it'll be gone in a jiffy anyway, so don't worry about that!
