wondering if anyone can put me stright please.

the 1/3 rule with every meal

i can easily eat salad at lunch and i can also eat plenty of veg with my dinner or salad ..whatever . its breakfast ..like i love the english breakfast at the weekends..skinless sausages (syns) bacon egg tomatos beans potatos bread (HEB) mushrooms other than my toms and mushrooms im not getting my 1/3 really am i ? any ideas ? cause i sometimes have a cooked breakfast for dinner in the week. also does it count if i eat fruit after ?
