hi im just wundering if anyone on lipotrim has had there periods come late or stop i was due on 13th/14th im never late been on this diet 3 weeks and my period not coming i have none of my usual symptoms either x

Yeah just tell them doctors said your sugar is high and you gotta try bringing it down lol oh yea I'm having cravings for things I don't eat .... Prawns mainly never ate them, but would kill for them, cheesecake is another can't stand it . I think ur body craves food that much you will eat...

i fill myself up untill 12 on coffee then have one at tea time one just before bed so im not going bed hungry when i was on lipotrim last time woman tried to tell me i had to have one as soon as woke up , one dinner one tea but dont think i would stick at it like that because id go to bed hungry...

yeah my old chemist was better really supportive and would have a chat with me . the one im at now the woman just weighs me quickly chucks the products at me n thats it twice shes worked out my weight wrong when i have put the kg in to a stone & pound converter ... it comes out ive lost more...

feeling hungry but staying focused , gone of the chocolate shakes a little at the moment but loving the chocolate which ones ur favourite :) x

rung the only other chemist that does it in my area its £45 .... i dont understand how different chemists different areas can charge more when its the same products :-/ xx

i started on 25th august im hoping to lose 2 n half - 3 stone .... im refeeding in 8 weeks though as last time toward the end of my lipotrim journey i lost too much hair xx

its harder this time round i think because you know what to expect , i spent the first week being emotional and feeling so down then this week im just wanting to eat anything and everything , every time i feel like im going to cave in i have a black coffee xx

im constantly cleaning & ironing just to pass the time :) remember its all worth it in the end x

13 days in hunger only kicked in yesterday whilst at work which is strange cos im a baker and it hasnt bothered me before but yesterday i could have ate a scabby horse as they say , stayed strong and fed my self up on black coffee and fizzy water thou strange thing was i was fancying foods i...

i have smaller weight losses when its my time of the month as the body retains water but i make up for it the next week so all is good :-) stay strong xx

Thank you I started drinking black coffee last time I was on lipotrim after that I could never drink it with milk although I love cappichino so weird x x

stick in there lipostruggler it does get easier im on day 10 i find black coffee helps me i couldnt do it with out it . also i freeze 3 litre bottles of water a day so there nice and col to drink and i know how much im drinking then last time i was on lipotrim i really struggled with the water...

Im back for a second go of lipotrim did 11 weeks on this diet 18 month ago managed to lose 4 stone, kept it off apart from 7 lb so back again hoping to lose 3 stone this time then maintain , been on it for a week now first weigh in this morning lost 11 LB :-) so good start , struggling this time...

best thing to do is keep yourself busy and try not think about the diet i see my shakes as medicine to make me better haha , ive been on it 9 weeks now :D x

went to chemist and seen my little helper as i call her and shes agreed i can see how it goes on the shakes untill my weigh in which is friday and my medication wont knock me out ive lost 3 stone in 9 weeks so really loving it , if i feel well enough to carry on friday thats ok so fingers...

ive got to refeed and i dont want to but ive got fluid on my lungs done a week on the antibiotics but its not shifting so been prescribed more and steriods may have to have it drained so have no choice but to refeed :( but dont wanna stop losing weight xxx

has anyone on here lost weight on the refeed week ? xx
