    Week 1 weigh in

    People are different. But someone once told me I should look at the average monthly loss rather than weekly. If I do that, I've lost a stone a month even though some weeks I've only lost a few lbs. I didn't lose that much in my first week. But stick with it and the weight comes off! xxx

    I do that too. I can fluctuate by up to half a stone depending on when I weigh myself (you always weigh less in the morning), how many packs I've had and how much water I've drunk. Always try and weigh yourself at the same time of day, and where the same clothes or clothes of similar weights.
