Kangaroo stir fry for tea (3 syns chilli & garlic stir fry sauce)
I also usually have some cooked rice in the fridge. Once I've reheated this soup I add a couple of spoonfuls of the cooked ridge. It just bulks it up and makes it even more filling without any added syns. I don't add the rice when I'm cooking the soup as the rice will be soggy if it is left...
If you like hot and spicy food look at the chicken enchilada soup on one of the other threads in this section. So simple and ideal to use up left over chicken

chicken breast, carefully put a cut into the plumpest sie of the breast - don't slice all the way through - just make a pocket. Stuff with sofet cheese, herbs etc. Wrap in thin ham such as parma. You can cook n oven or on a griddle.
i have the greek yog 0% with chopped up banana plus something like mango or a few chunks of pineapple with sweetener on it. You could add a hex portion of museli.

So I spent last night writing my advantages response cards as per the Beck diet solution book. It only took a few minutes as I didn't have to think very hard at all about what the advantages to losing weight are - I live and breathe these thoughts every day so they came quick and easy. I have...
So today is my first post of a diary I am determined to keep going. I don't expect anyone to read this or for my story to be any different from anyone else's, I just feel sharing it will hopefully give me the motivation to continue on this difficult journey I am now on.
I have done well since...
I started in EE a year or so ago. Lost next to nothing for first 3 weeks. Almost gave up but on week 4 lost 7lb without doing anything different. It just all happened at once. Still on EE now and have continued a couple of poubds avweek. Dont give in
This is week 3 of my slimming world journey. Ive been on this path before but I just have a feeling that this time things are going to be better. I have had success with slimming world before but that was before I had a child, full time job to do. I think I have not been so successful...
I sometimes bake a few potatoes in 1 go. They will last a couple of days in the fridge and you can microwave to reheat with chilli etc. Also pre grilled pitta with filling seams much more satisfying than a boring sandwich. Speed soup with prawns or chicken is nice. Try a mini roast dinner with...
Dear all,
Oats so Simple golden syrup 6.5 syns.
Made up as directed 52 g pot 10.5 syns
Does 52g pot mean that's what it is by the time you've added milk and cooked it ? And if you don't count the milk as an A choice it is that what makes it 10.5 syns ?
Many thanks

I make big batches of the superspeed soup
mixed beans ( either tinned or dried beans such as kidney, cannelini, haricot )
some chopped trimmed bacon, an onion, garlic, celery.
Add passata and herbs if you like. Freezes well
Agree with above. Need to make sure they aren't damp from the par boiling. Rough them up a bit whilst still warm but let them stand until cold and dry before putting inthe oven. Has to be floury potato
I use a special basket / tray from Poundland. It's like a baking tray but it's made of a mesh that let's the heat get right round all the chips. It's specially made for cooking chips and roast potatoes in the oven. Best £1 I've ever spent.
good morning Ive made smash pizza before and it stores well if you cut it up and put it in a tupperware. You can re heat is just a couple of minutes. Same goes if you want to store the base on it's own but you would need enough space in your fridge to keep it whole until you need it -...
