    Your views on the soups??

    I love the bars, shakes and porridge. The soups, to me are awful. I used my last shake this morning so forced myself to have a Thai chicken soup. I added pepper and more chilli and it wasn't too bad i could have it again if I had to. The tomato and basil went in the bin. :(

    Thanks for the advice. I've got my next months supply arriving tomorrow so I'll have them waiting for me when I get back. Small portions for me will be easy after not having food for a month. I'll be dancing most of the calories off so hopefully i will still have a loss by the end of the week. Yey !

    I'm going away on Monday for a girls holiday. I haven't reached my goal weight but hoping to continue TS when I return. I'm trying to plan ahead so I don't do too much damage in a week and mess up my hard work. I'll be using this as my food break week as i wouldn't get away with taking my shakes...

    If having drinks with friends fill your wine glass with diet coke. Doesn't feel like your missing out so much and others will think you have alcohol in there so less awkward questions to answer about why your not drinking. ?

    Struggling this week to make excuses at work why I'm not eating and why I'm not drinking this weekend with friends. I've only told close friends and don't want any lectures which I would get if I pulled out my shakes. Any advice?

    Kick me!

    Hi Kelly, it will be hard to start with but once your past the first week it will be fine. Give yourself a start date and when you start getting cravings distract yourself. I distract myself by having a good wardrobe sort out to make space for my smaller close to come. Good luck!

    Does the hunger ever go?

    I was on this a few years ago and starting again tomorrow. What helped me was splitting the odd shake or two. So when you get hungry you can have an extra shake without adding calories. The hunger will definitely pass after the first week.
