    How has week 3 weigh in gone Jay? As u know we weigh in on same day, so I was there this morning. The official weigh in says I've lost 1st 1lb in 3 weeks. 3 inches from waist, 1.5 from thighs, 1.5 from hips. So I am really happy with that.
