    Hi Hunny Just a quick tip on having goodies in the house, buy things you don't like to eat, for me I don't like custard creams, fig rolls, puffed crisps, sweets, liquorice..... My DH and DD will eat them but I don't have to worry about temptation in the house.

    how about a centre parcs trip or some sort of spa weekend? Something where you'll need to wear less clothing. We've got a centreparcs weekend booked with friends the 1st weekend of December, the thought of being in a swimsuit is more than enough incentive for getting smaller for me lol
