    I hate sweetner as I think it tastes processed and yucky. I tend to use something called erythritol. It's syn free, looks and tastes like sugar and in my mind is a much healthier alternative to sweetners. It's not the cheapest product out there but I couldn't live without it now

    The only completely syn free ones are SW's own. The regular aren't great but the paprika ones they have out for summer are ok. Personally I opt for Heck Chicken Italia sausages which are .5 syn each but quite small or the ones above!

    I cook mine in a normal oven and get a decent amount of crisp on them. I boil the potatoes first before frylighting them and putting them in the oven and it does seem to help with the crispness :)
