    Ive done both plans over the years, lost nearly 4 stone with WW and was doing fab, but then was admitted to hospital for 4 months and kinda fell off track, since being discharged have lost my WW mojo and have just joined SW hoping that it will excite me again and help me loose what I have gained...

    can i turn the milkshake into

    Ive just made the Chocolate one with less water (used 150mls) and left in the fridge for 10 mins, its gone all mousy like an Angel Delight! That was the fix I needed today!!

    Day 2 done.....well nearly

    Day 2 nearly done here too! Not too bad so far! Had the choc orange bar yesterday - yeuch! but the toffee one today was lovely! But definatly too much to eat in one sitting! Had Strawberry Shake and bar so far, just the Mushroom Soup for tea now!

    Hi All I am starting on Sunday, and am just reading about what I can and cant drink, I know green tea has been mentioned, but what about Green Coffee? or am I best sticking with normal coffee? I just believe that 'Green' tea and coffee are supposed to be better for you. Thanks
