    I am starting cd tomorrow and I have several stones to shift! I should have started last wk but was I'll and on antibiotics so was advised to wait until I had finished!

    Hiya - I started just under a stone heavier than you - but the same BMI more or less - and I'm now a couple of weeks away from being just overweight! If you stick to it for 10 weeks, 3 stone will come off, EASY!

    stick with it, i find the 1st day or so hard but thats because i go from eating lots of crap, to just having 3 shakes a day!

    Hi Tigger,

    I'm starting week 3 of SS today and so far, so good. I've managed to stick to plan 100% and still going strong.

    The results are pretty instant and really motivating.

    i think thats the main attraction for me, the instant results, you get to goal quickly but you also get the councilling you need to understand why you ate so much or why you didnt eat correctly
