    Hey, I'm anaemic so I have dizzy spells and low energy whenever I'm on LT. Never taken anything to help manage it though. When I'm not on LT I have to eat lots of iron rich foods but once in a while that's not enough and doctor prescribes iron tablets for a while. Hope you manage to sort it out.

    Ok, I know I'm probably in the tiniest minority here but I love hot water! Have you tried drinking it warm? It doesn't send me to the loo too often and I'm drinking more than I should at 6 litres at day. Try it... you just might find it ok.
