    Struggling

    Hi Jess, have you tried splitting your packs to enable you to have 6 meals a day. That way you go get more variety and makes it all last a bit longer. You've done really well in 2 weeks as you haven't got a lot to lose. Good luck.

    Porridge question...

    Hi, I just use half a sachet and mix with some boiled water and put in the microwave for about 30 secs. I use the ordinary flavour and add some cinnamon and sometimes some ginger. I mix it fairly runny and it thickens up a bit in microwave. It might work better if you give it a stir or two...
