everyone keeps talking about eating to few calories being bad for your metabolism and can cause it to shut down then your body stores and holds on to everything you put pass your lips! i've just been wondering about this as my first wi lost 9lb 2n wi lost 5lb 3rd and 4th wi only lost 2lb each...
why do that? surely when doctors back this programme and have put patients on it to loose weight for operations her doc should be pleased that she took her weight in hand
hello, apparently if you add some coffee to it you have a latte, but just read through the threads and you will get loads of brill ideas, i'm not sure as iv never had vanilla, i just use the soup , summer fruits and choc whip
news to me kered, although ive not had many but there was one day i had omlette made with two eggs and one egg white , im on maintainance going for wi tomorrow will have a yarn with girl at chemist to query this, so fingers crossed....
yeh girls i'm on maintainance and bought it from chemist and being monitored there weekly, i've used advice from yourselves about splitting shakes and so-forth and today has been great! thanks agin to you all , finding this site has been a god-send cheers x
just reading here were a lot of you mention making your choc shake with water, ive been making mine with 250ml of milk as that is what it says on instructions everything else tho is made with water , i dont entertain the bars they are revolting! is there any variation with the bars?

hello everyone, now doing LT for 9 days and on my 6th bought ketone testing strips but according to them i was not in ketosis although at wi the following day i had lost 9lb, would i be doing something wrong thats delaying ketosis?
