Our canteen (I work in a school) has Pasta King - which is just gorgeous and according to sites I've found is only about 250 calories per serving. How does this fit in with Slimming World - does it even? I'm starting SW tomorrow night and just thought I'd get reacquainted with this place. Liv X

are you sure about Canderel? Just wondering because my mum is a diabetic and she uses it.

Loads of questions from me i tell ya! I've been using sweetex (in the white and green canisters) but was wondering if you can use canderel spoonful, its got the same ingredients and nothing from sugar (like splenda has).... anyone know? Lost another 3 this week... which is all good :):):):):)

I agree Sonya, seems a bit odd that you dont get weighed. My chemist insists on checking my blood pressure, heartrate, BMI, body fat levels etc as well as my weight everytime I go in.... Perhaps you should look for another chemist Karleen, at least you'll know you're being carefully...
