Are we ok to use seasoning in our shakes/soup?I've used white pepperin the soup and coffee in the vanilla shake since day one, but one of my friends is using chilli powder in the soup and cinnamon in the vanilla shake....Anyone know if this is going to affect ketosis?Thanks

I think most seasonings are ok so long as they are dried- so dried herbs like parsley, chives etc in soups, pepper and salt ok. However I have not heard of anyone using cinammon, and I am not sure if it is ok? Might be worth checking with your counsellor. Cinammon would be lovely if its allowed!
