    The first few days are the worst! I found that I cleaned!!! My wardrobes were the tidiest in Kent! Having a pile of clothes that I couldn't get into was a good idea, I then tried them all on to see how tight they were and within a couple of weeks I could geet into them. Just keep busy...

    Have you considered using another brand? It might be something in the LT formula? I thought that lighter life and cambridge were the same sort of diet. I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong. Good luck with what ever you do!

    Tell her not to give up! I had put on 11lb after being on hol for a week, but lost 8lb 4 days later. See what happens next week

    Are you drinking enough water? Are you still having your usual tea and coffee - you might be missing the caffine if not. The cravings will go - i promise you that. If you have done 5 days already do not give up! Its the best diet i have ever tried

    How much water do you manage?

    I manage 3 bottles of 750ml of water. It helps me keep tabs on what I've had. Also the sports top of the bottle makes me drink more for some reason

    What do you do to keep yourself busy!!!

    I try on all the clothes that I've had in my wardrobe that I bought for when I loose weight, only now they are starting to fit me! Some are even loose!
