Have started doing sit ups! Last night was the first night.

Have put it in the forum so that it gives me the motivation to do it every night.

Stomach aching today!
 
haha i've just started doing sit ups too and ouch it hurt the first few times. But feels good to do it, i've been using 50 cl bottles of water as weights too:D
 
I do a bit of abs in the gym

Helps increase ya bench press lol
 
i do a little bit of yoga every night. the cobra pose really helps with your abs!! plus i have one of those big gym ball thingies and do some crunches on there.
 
Indeed imo every little helps so just tapping your feet when your sat doing nothing burns calories
 
I've done sit ups at the gym since starting this and they have really helped with my tummy.
