    blend together the folllowing 1 x tin tomatoes 1 x tin baked beans 1 x tin carrots (drained) 1 x large pickled onion !!! place in a pan and add some chicken stock and heat up. This is lovely and tastes like hienz tomato soup.:o:p:)

    have re checked the syn value of smash with hot line, if it's the new recipie in new packaging it's synned. 1/2 syn per 100g made up with water.

    Asdas chickpea dahl is free and Sundar which I buy in Morrisons is also free. It's usually somewhere near the mushy peas.:cool:
