    HI, Thanks for looking it over for me. I had 2 quorn rashers.30gs worth. Put the kCals etc in online and it came back free. I hope thats right cause they're nice n all but soooo not worth 6.5 syns :p Day one almost over and i actually don't feel hungry which is odd for me on a diet!!!!
