Bigger than...... On living it at half past :)

I tried hypnosis for my arachnophobia before I went on holiday.... Didn't work in the slightest, think I'm one of those people who are too suspicious to be open to these things! I do try to chew more but I didn't think it would be as many as 20!

that really is good because wedding dresses are notoriously small made! the wedding dress they ordered for me was 2 sizes bigger than my (then) actual dress size apparently that's the norm, made me feel like a heffer!

personally i think the aqua classes are fab, water eases the intensity a bit id also say body combat or body pump is fine, but i would give attack a miss for a while!
