Anyone else got a problem with eSource? Points query.

Still got problems. I've lowered my goal right down to by 'ideal weight' (I was dealing with my bulk 5% at a time) but I'm still on 37 points!! I wonder if I delete the app then re-install it then it will all come good? I'm sticking to around 31 points until this is resolved.

Anyone else got a problem with eSource? Points query.

I do the eSource thing on my iPhone. After last nights weigh-in I entered my new weight. I was on 32 points but after entering my 3.5 pound loss my points INCREASED to 37 points??? Surely this can't be right?

Asda Fresh Tastes - Gammon & Cheese

Thanks Ladies :D It must be right because surely Asda wouldn't make 2 products virtually the same in the same range  What concerned me was the saturated fat is listed as 8.4g per half pack. That is quite high isn't it?

Asda Fresh Tastes - Gammon & Cheese

Now I saw this ready meal in the SW magazine (think it was the one before last) in the 'Whats New' foodie section. Constipation affecting your weight loss?

I suffer on and off and have bought Fibergel in the past which is orange flavour and you just mix with water - which worked ok'ish. I've read recently that prunes are the answer either as juice or whole, and if the whole ones are warmed they are even more effevtive ;) Not sure on the point...

When you lose a dress size ?

This dress size to weight thingy always bugs me. When you read in a slimming magazine "gorgeous Sally now weighs 11 stone and comfortably slips into her size 10 jeans" I'm thinking... how come Gorgeous Sally, who's 5 foot nothing, is a size 10 at 11 stone?? When I know for a fact...
