    I bought this on impulse thinking chicken breast in tomato sauce how bad can it be..... but now I've come over all wobbley and thought I'd better check the syn value :sigh:

    It was in the chiller bit.

    Doh!!! I've just gone and looked at the packet and you are right it is Fresh Tastes! Don't know where I got the 'Go Cook' thing from :confused:

    The pack does say serves 2 and is 360g so that would be right. However, I'm a little piggy and could eat the whole lot to myself on a red day :eek: or maybe I'll just have half with new potatoes as my HEXB
