    When did you start to show?

    I actually started showing very early and it was obvious from about 10 weeks, people kept saying I looked about 5 months or so. But then my bump really slowed and became quite small until the last 6 weeks when it exploded :)

    I think sometimes it is better to add a few syns and make it taste more traditional, cheese sauce just isn't the same with quark or from frais, boohoo! Will try the britmum recipe, thanks! x

    Must admit I found it a bit gross :( I've tried many different combo's of this using yogurt, Quark, from frais and they're all sadly lacking for an Italian girl used to mamma's special lasagne sauce. Ah well :)

    I have limit for each day, but then if I go over I just steal some from the next day. I won't go over 70 a week but how they get spent varies!

    Just me in my house, but since I do all the cooking, my husband and baby also eat SW food. My chap has listened to me babbling on about healthy extras and syns for so many years that he knows more syn values than I do, bless him :)
