Hi everyone... well I am finally back online after nearly 3 weeks without aaargh...I nearly went nuts without broadband haha! Well we got moved house and despite 2 weeks of packing and unpacking boxes and living off take aways (naughty) I have still managed to lose weight (I was AMAZED)...

WI results from last night for me 1lb loss. So that's a total of 9.5lb so far! Any idea how I can get my ticker to work in ½ lbs though?

1lb off for me this week... which actually given that I expected to STS or even gain, I am pleased with. BUT... really must get focused again this week... was off work last week and let things slide a bit.

OMG loving the sound of syn free sausages... how do you know they are? Obviously you know your local butcher is OK.... but where could I find out if one of our local butchers do this? The scotch eggs sound gorgeous!!!

2nd WI tonight and 3½ off this week. So 8½ off in total. Really pleased with that....had a few naughty treats at the weekend. Got ½ st award with that too... now to head towards the 1st award :D

Thanks.. I happened to come across the same question earlier today on a FB SW group and apparently it's 4. syns for the whole sachet. It's actually quite nice (given that it's custard made with water, which usually is a but eeurgh). A nice tasty addition to some sugar free jelly ;)
