    TWINS! I had them and in one short day lost 35 pounds, I lost another 15 pounds right after that, but the last 20 kinda wants to stay put. (FYI the twins will be seven in may!)

    I don't know why I left or why I stopped, but I haven't stopped gaining. Starting to JUDDD again, but don't know if today should be an up or a down. Yesterday I only ate 900 calories, so I guess today should be an up day but I have only had an orange so far. :confused:

    JUDDD=Johnson up day down day diet. Basically on an UP day you eat around the normal 2000-2500 calories, but on the down day you eat around 500-800 calories. There is a forum on here about it.
