I agree with everybody! And as for the Chinese tonight you can make your own version of most dishes I know it's not the same but it will be better than feeling you've done without hth xxxx

I tin of mackeral in brine
I onion
I boiled egg
2 slices of whole meal bread
You basically just blitz all the ingredients together!
Can use any other oily fish! Xx

hi guys, im back on for good trying to shift alot of weight! iv been say 75% since tuesday struggle in work< will let you know how i get on in wi on monday!
