    Thanks ladies! It was a recipe I had a while ago I found it! :) I tin of mackeral in brine I onion I boiled egg 2 slices of whole meal bread You basically just blitz all the ingredients together! Can use any other oily fish! Xx Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins
