aww dont worry all have bad days am up now got a week off work detemined to go gym after weekend i had went off plan feel like crap but hey today is a another day so going to get back on the wagon and start again lol
i save my syns up so i can enjoy a glass or two at the weekend or when going on night out am size 12/14 and have about a stone to lose i just want to feel bit healthier its my stomach what bothers me ever since having my little un never been the same lol just would like it to be bit flatter :)
think we all get our binge days otherwise we would not be normal i was really craving chocolate b4 had a breakaway but there is a packet of custards creams in the cupboard which are for my ds and they were calling me lol have not gave in but i not stopped today and just want to gorge stayed away...
i just get bacon and trim the fat off i dont like fat anyway knocks me ill lol dont worry i have ate enough to feed the five thousand today and could probably eat more i tend to find this happens around * week
i had some roast chicken skin off with homemade savoury rice , used some frozen mixed veg from the freezer used microwave boiled rice added some chicken stock about 100ml of water put in microwave for ten mins and was delicous

hey guys i lost 3lbs ami i only 1lb last week and was so good too but made up for it this week so 4lbs lost altogether so chin up am sure u will achieve better loss soon and ilb a week adds up to 52lbs a year imagine that :)
know the feeling i cant have my lunch cause i work 12-4 sometimes ill have it at eleven which makes me feel ill i just went from full time to part time still tryin to get used to the shift change or sometimes i feel like am starving when have lunch at four
hi everyone recently joined back as fell off the bandwagon last time have not put any weight on since last time but thought now was the time to get rid of the belly its just there lol been doing well for three weeks on sw weigh in tomorrow hope i have lost :)
tomato you could use tomato puree chilli and garlic i only know this cause i went to one other day with my oh and asked whilst he was buying some thing for himself i was good tho not get anything boo, cause i love them too :)

hi am starting again did try slimming world in summer but not properly only for few weeks so decided to give another go and give this forum another go as found really helpful last time been doing slimming wolrd about two weeks with just books but am joinin class on tues !!
same here i have a laptop and internet on my phone you would think there was no life b4 it went the pub with the girls the other day and we were all checking our phones and facebook lol
i just throw loads of veg in like carrots, leeks, potatoes, onions a veg stock cube add some pepper and leave it to cook for about six hours makes a tasty veg soup and if u dont wont it chunky just blend it all together
hey am the same i only lost 1lb this week but am happy with that as i only have 1st 5lb to lose to reach my target as long as i lose a pound a week am all for that :)
i go to a gym group called the gym they clean all there equipment with disenfectant and use antibacterial spray every couple of hours most gyms do this .
well done my first proper weigh in is thursday, i have been doing it without the classes but i am joining the class by mine next week to keep me on track sounds like your doing great up to now keep up the good work :)
hey i live in liverpool carraghers bar is a good choice lots of healthy stuff on menu and everything is done the grill been there few times food is lovely :)

i do it from home to using this and my old books this is a lifeline very good tips and i carry my food diary in my bag just a little note pad plus i jot recipes in back of it when going food shopping to make sure buy right foods so not to cheat i always carry piece of fruit round with me when...
